Paul believes every student deserves to learn how to make a positive dent in the communities they live. He works to support whole school/systems change to transform learning enabled by best practice pedagogies, with digital transformation as the accelerator. Paul works alongside teachers as school leaders to change their role to that of activators of learning who design learning experiences to build on learner strengths and needs, and create new knowledge using real-life problem solving.
