What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

To improve Creative Springboards’ services, Creative Springboards sometimes collects de-identified information from web users. The information collected does not identify an individual but does help Creative Springboards to analyse and improve its web services.
When you visit Creative Springboards’s website, a record of your visit is logged and the following data is supplied by your browser:

- your operating system (type of browser & platform);
- the date, time and length of your visit; and
- the resources you accessed or downloaded.
Creative Springboards uses this information to customise the website for visitors and to collect data for analysis, quality control, administration and improving the website. It is not used for any other purpose. The following Google Analytics features are implemented on this website:
“Demographics & Interest Reports” : this feature allows us to better understand who our users are for users that have demographics associated with them. Creative Springboards and our agencies use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers to collect website user information for the purposes of analysing website traffic and visitor behaviour.
“Remarketing with Google Analytics”: this feature allow Google to show you advertisements based on your previous visits to Creative Springboards website.

The Creative Springboards Team will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
